About me
My name is Marlon Wolfersdorf, and I am from the north of Germany. I create digital media and entertainment, both from an artistic and technological perspective. I use digital technologies to create remarkable experiences and technology for digital creatives. Pushing the boundaries of artistic and technological potential is my passion. In my spare time, I develop open-source software and create various audio, music, visual and interactive things.
Picture Perfectionistic.
Whether its lighting, rendering or VFX: I see myself as an inter-disciplinary problem solver. A visually-driven person by heart, I develop custom rendering, lighting and tooling technologies for the high demands of interactive experiences of all kinds and other artistic mediums such as film or audiovisual content. I enjoy working on the bleeding edge of technology and artistry to push boundaries, using every tool available to me.
A hand for chaos.
Having been fascinated by the topics of virtual destruction for many years, I consider myself an expert in the fields of VFX destruction technologies and systems, with a specialisation in real-time solutions - both for interactive and picture productions. By utilising various methods and tools, both industry-standard and custom-built, I strive to create the next generation of destruction effects.

Sonic Exploration.
Music and audio has been a great passion of mine for most of my life. Nowadays, I compose and sound design (primarily for real-time content and for standalone releases), working with and developing various technologies, methods and sounds along the way. I see myself as an auditory explorer, always looking for new ways to create and experience sound. I also do algorithmic and other live performances sometimes. See the samples and my Bandcamp for more.
